REFUNDS


We have a 30-day full refund policy, which means you have 30 days after starting your subscription to request a full refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at soumya@telborg.com.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns/refunds.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that this policy is applicable once per account/email. If we find evidence that an individual has created multiple accounts and claimed refunds repeatedly, we may cancel all subscriptions for the individual’s accounts and prevent them from using the service again.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at soumya@telborg.com.
