Council annex amends Slovakia Recovery and Resilience Plan measures

The General Secretariat of the Council has attached an annex amending the Implementing Decision of 13 July 2021 approving the assessment of Slovakia’s Recovery and Resilience Plan.

• Background and implementation details: The annex prescribes legal and administrative steps (amendments to Acts, adoption of auction schemes, establishment of bodies such as NIKA, SEI responsibilities, BAT center), specifies eligibility/DNSH compliance and monitoring requirements, and allocates instalment triggers with concrete installment amounts (e.g. EUR 458,277,000 for the first instalment; further instalments listed).
