Bitdeer AI targets 350MW Malaysia AI cloud build-out

Bitdeer AI has announced further progress on its AI cloud build-out in Malaysia and a target of up to 350MW of AI cloud data center capacity by Q1 2028.

• A102, a 9.5MW liquid-cooled, multi-customer facility in Malaysia, has had about 50% of capacity contracted under a 5-year long-term offtake commitment with approximately $400 million in expected revenue.
• Bitdeer AI says the build-out will be funded through customer prepayments, operating cash flow, and financing secured against contracted cash flows; revenue from the contract is expected to start in Q1 2027, with no 2026 revenue impact.
• The company said its active pipeline for AI cloud capacity exceeds $2 billion, and it is negotiating additional contracts for the remaining A102 capacity and other sites.
