Council annex updates Spain's Recovery and Resilience Plan

The General Secretariat of the Council has published the annex to the amending Council Implementing Decision approving the assessment of Spain’s Recovery and Resilience Plan.

• Key content: the annex lists 419 milestones and targets across reforms and investments (mobility, buildings, energy, digital, health, R&D, industry), sets the total plan cost at EUR 102,575,266,373, and introduces a REPowerEU chapter of EUR 7,080,493,413 with concrete deliverables (e.g., hydrogen support scheme establishment by Q2 2023, major IDAE and ICO facilities and transfers).
