Grain Management completes strategic combination forming Rightfiber

Grain Management has announced the completion of the strategic combination of Ritter Communications and Great Plains Communications to create Rightfiber.

• The combination of Ritter Communications and Great Plains Communications was completed on September 2, 2026; the new company is Rightfiber.
• Rightfiber entered into a $1.6 billion credit facility led by Fifth Third Bank to support continued organic growth and potential M&A; the company says integration is underway and the platform serves 400+ communities across 20 states.
