HIVE BUZZ HPC signs $350 million AI cloud deal

HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd., through BUZZ High Performance Computing Inc., has announced a five-year GPU cloud services agreement with an investment-grade enterprise customer.

• The contract has approximately $350 million TCV and adds approximately $70 million ARR, with BUZZ HPC’s total annualized revenue rising to about $180 million; the company expects approximately $185 million of deployment capex and an upfront deposit of about 10% of contract value.
• The dedicated AI cluster will use 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs in NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 rack-scale systems, with NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand networking and VAST Data storage; it is expected to go live later this year at the Bell AI Fabric facility in Merritt, British Columbia, powered by 100% renewable hydroelectric energy and closed-loop liquid cooling.
