IBM and Together AI announce B300 inference cluster

IBM has announced a multi-year collaboration with Together AI to deploy a large NVIDIA HGX B300 inference cluster on IBM Cloud, with expected availability in Q1 2027.

• The agreement is valued at $240M and will support open-source model inference for Together AI using NVIDIA HGX B300 systems and NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet networking.
