INNIO completes Enerflex APAC aftermarket acquisition

INNIO N.V. has announced the completion of its acquisition of Enerflex Ltd.’s aftermarket business operations in Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

• The deal expands INNIO’s APAC presence and adds operations across three countries and eight locations with workshop and office facilities, an experienced workforce, and a strong installed base.
• The press release says the acquired business is supported by long-term service agreements with major oil and gas companies; it also notes INNIO serves applications including data centers, microgrids, grid stabilization, industrial energy, and gas compression.
