Jabil to open Marshall County data infrastructure facility

Jabil has announced a new manufacturing facility in Marshall County, Mississippi, to support customers in the data center infrastructure market.

• The company will purchase and renovate an existing 1.5 million-square-foot facility and plans to invest more than $119 million; the project is expected to create approximately 2,200 jobs.
• The announcement says this is Jabil’s second Marshall County investment in less than 12 months, following a September 2025 plan to invest about $70 million over three years for X-ray sterilization capabilities in the county; the project will receive assistance through the MFLEX program, with support from Marshall County, AccelerateMS, and TVA.
