Johnson Controls launches Metasys 16.0 for high-performance environments

Johnson Controls has announced the launch of Metasys 16.0, the latest version of its building automation system for high-performance environments.

• The new release adds built-in cybersecurity, native redundancy, and faster integration/deployment features, including tools that cut engineering and deployment time by up to 30%, speed upgrades by up to 40%, and accelerate integrations by up to 80%.
• The system is designed to support campuses and portfolios with up to 1,300 IP devices, includes visibility into energy use, indoor air quality, emissions, and peak load analytics, and is positioned for sectors including data centers, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, and higher education.
