NHN FactoryX Seoul cools 7,656 Nvidia B200 GPUs

NHN Cloud has announced that NHN Factory X Seoul in Seoul is operating with liquid cooling for large-scale Nvidia B200 GPU infrastructure, and it says this is the first such application in Korea.

• The AI data center runs 7,656 Nvidia B200 GPUs, with direct liquid cooling (DLC) added to an existing air-cooled facility; each rack holds 48 B200 GPUs and has 75 kW power density.
• The facility’s total IT load is 13 MW and it supports government AI computing resources; NHN Cloud says the site was leased in August last year and began operations in April this year, while the broader project is backed by a 1 trillion won government budget.
