Nscale closes $3 billion for Texas and North Carolina AI deployments

Nscale announced the closing of approximately $3 billion in aggregate commitments across two senior secured delayed draw term loan facilities to support AI deployments in Ward County, Texas and Madison, North Carolina.

• Ward County, Texas: up to $1.85 billion will fund GPU infrastructure, networking, storage, and liquid-cooling equipment for a purpose-built AI campus supporting about 200 MW of IT load.
• Madison, North Carolina: up to $1.2 billion will fund site retrofit capex and GPU infrastructure for a 96-acre colocation site with up to 40 MW of IT load; J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs served as joint lead arrangers, joint bookrunners, and co-structuring agents.
