NVIDIA launches Spectrum-6 for gigascale AI factories

NVIDIA has announced Spectrum-6, a 102.4-terabit-per-second Ethernet switch system for gigascale AI factories.

• Spectrum-6 is arriving across global AI factories and is described as delivering 2x the capacity of previous-generation systems as part of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform.
• CoreWeave, Microsoft, Nebius, SpaceXAI and Tesla are among the first builders expected to adopt it; NVIDIA says the platform supports liquid cooling, pluggable and co-packaged optics, and up to 95% network efficiency across deployments exceeding 100,000 GPUs.
