SoftBank establishes SB Neo U.S. neocloud business

SoftBank Corp. and SoftBank Group Corp. have announced the establishment of SB Neo, Inc. to operate a neocloud business in the United States.

• SB Neo will be established in the State of Delaware, United States in July 2026 and will be 51% owned by SoftBank Corp. and 49% owned by SoftBank Group Corp. as a consolidated subsidiary of SoftBank Corp.
• The company plans to launch neocloud services in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2028 (FY2027) for major U.S. enterprises, including hyperscalers, and later deploy AI infrastructure on a 10-gigawatt scale; SoftBank also said it plans to proceed with gigawatt-scale AI data centers in Japan when preparations are ready.
