Terra Innovatum signs LOI for microreactors at data centers

Terra Innovatum Global N.V. announced a commercial Letter of Intent with Waiken ILW for an initial deployment of SOLO™ micro-modular reactors at DIRECTV Latin America and SKY Brasil data center facilities.

• The LOI covers up to 8 MWe of behind-the-meter generating capacity to support broadcasting data centers in Jaguariúna, Brazil and other facilities in Argentina and Brazil.
• Terra Innovatum said this is its first announced commercial deployment initiative in Latin America and framed the deal as a proof of concept for future deployments across Waiken ILW’s broader technology, media, and enterprise portfolio.
