Uptime Institute report warns of EMP threats to data centers

Uptime Institute has published a report on electromagnetic pulse (EMP) risks to data centers.

• The report says EMP can disrupt or permanently damage electronic equipment and that data center operators have often overlooked EMP in risk assessments.
