Quantinuum and Oracle have announced a multi-year partnership to deploy Quantinuum’s Helios quantum computer as an OCI service in a US-based OCI AI data center. The release also says Quantinuum reported $8 million in Q2 2026 revenue, $1.7 billion in IPO gross proceeds, and $2.1 billion in cash and short-term investments.

The University of Michigan has announced Textile Road in Ypsilanti Township as the preferred site for a landmark research computing center. The project is a $1.25 billion investment developed with Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the Michigan Strategic Fund has approved a $100 million site-readiness grant.
