Sabanci names Meta for two Texas solar plants — and lists Pepper's county two ways
Sabanci Renewables named Meta as the buyer for two Texas solar projects in a June 22, 2026 release — and in the same release moved one of them to a different county than its own project page lists. The release says Sabanci entered a long-term PPA with Meta for “100% of the environmental attributes” from the Lucky 7 Solar and Pepper Solar projects. The two total 220 MWac / 286 MWdc and are targeted for second-half-2027 completion. Sabanci’s project page places Pepper in McLennan County; the Meta release places it in Falls County.
