Prometheus Hyperscale and Istmo Energy said on Aug. 20, 2026 that they will jointly develop a behind-the-meter hyperscale campus in Reeves County, Texas. They call it the Pecos campus. It is designed for 1.5 GW of compute in Phase 1, with a path to 2.5 GW, and targets first power in 2027. The announcement carries the configuration; the day’s other established filings sit alongside other West Texas entities.
