AESL reports record Q2 growth and new transmission deals

Adani Energy Solutions Limited announced its financial and operational results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, alongside updates on new project wins and a long-term power supply contract.

• Financial performance: Q2FY27 EBITDA rose 67% YoY to Rs 3,548 crore and PAT increased 145% YoY to Rs 1,364 crore; H1FY27 EBITDA reached Rs 6,726 crore and PAT reached Rs 2,600 crore.
• Project and commercial updates: AESL said it won Vizag Power Transmission Limited and Satara Power Transmission Limited, taking its active transmission pipeline to about Rs 87,000 crore, and signed a 2,500 MW RTC PPA with MSEDCL for 25 years; it also said its smart meter order book stood at 24.6 million meters with revenue potential of Rs 29,519 crore.
