Alliant Energy earns top utility economic development honor

Alliant Energy has announced that it was named a Top Utility in Economic Development by Site Selection Magazine for the eighth consecutive year.

• Site Selection credited Alliant Energy and its partners in Iowa and Wisconsin with delivering more than $12.2 billion in new capital investment and creating more than 1,220 new jobs in 2025.
• The company said the 2025 projects included 12 industrial wins across the 1,300-plus communities it serves, with data center and manufacturing accounting for the largest share of projects.
