Arcus Infrastructure Partners and Verne have announced a definitive agreement for Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 4 to acquire 100% of Volta Data Centers, Verne’s UK data center in central London.
- The 6MW carrier-neutral colocation and interconnection facility is located near the City of London and serves financial services, telecoms, IT and enterprise customers, with more than 40 on-site carriers and over 1,200 cross-connects.
- The transaction is expected to complete in July 2026, subject to contractual requirements; Verne said the deal lets it focus on low-carbon, high-density data center infrastructure across Northern Europe and workloads suited to AI and high-performance computing.
