Arcus agrees to acquire Verne's Volta Data Centers

Arcus Infrastructure Partners and Verne have announced a definitive agreement for Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 4 to acquire 100% of Volta Data Centers, Verne’s UK data center in central London.

  • The 6MW carrier-neutral colocation and interconnection facility is located near the City of London and serves financial services, telecoms, IT and enterprise customers, with more than 40 on-site carriers and over 1,200 cross-connects.
