Azerbaijan forum exchanges multiple investment agreements

Azerbaijan’s presidency said documents signed on the sidelines of the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum were exchanged in Baku on 26 September 2026.

• SOCAR exchanged a Final Investment Decision for full-field development of the Absheron gas-condensate field with XRG and TotalEnergies.
• Other exchanged agreements covered natural gas, LNG, energy security, energy infrastructure, upstream projects, Oracle Alloy, a joint venture, and investment frameworks involving partners including Comstock Resources, Apollo, SEFE, Eni, ExxonMobil, Oracle, VNG, UFlex Group, Carlsberg Group, and Hong Kong Renteng International Trade Co. Limited.
