Bulgaria amends recovery plan with education and energy measures

The Council has issued an annex to an amending Council Implementing Decision approving updates to Bulgaria’s recovery and resilience plan.

• The document sets out reforms and investments across education, research, energy, transport, health, social inclusion, digitalisation and REPowerEU, with multiple deadlines through 2026.
• It includes quantified funding and implementation details, such as BGN 12 075 546 451 total plan cost, EUR 6 174 106 145 equivalent, EUR 498 208 098 for REPowerEU, and several sectoral allocations and targets.
