Croatia digital decade report corrects VHCN figures

The European Commission has issued a corrigendum to its State of the Digital Decade 2026 communication, correcting two figures in the Croatia section.

• The correction replaces the VHCN figure in Figure 3: New VHCN 85.6% instead of 85.5%, and 4-year progress 22.8% instead of 22.7%.
• The annex also summarizes Croatia’s digital position, including EUR 106 million in public budget for roadmap measures, EUR 1.5 billion from the recovery and resilience plan for digital, and EUR 0.9 billion under cohesion policy.
• Context: this is a corrigendum / annex to an existing Commission communication, not a new standalone policy announcement.
