DELTa releases quarterly update on large-load tariffs

The NC Clean Energy Technology Center and the Smart Electric Power Alliance have announced a quarterly update and one-year anniversary milestone for the Database of Emerging Large Load Tariffs (DELTa).

• DELTa added 21 new proposals and recorded 15 approved tariffs/rules in the Q2 2026 update, bringing the database to 104 total approved and proposed large-load tariffs and service rules.
• The database now covers 37 states and over 70 electric utilities; it tracks tariffs and service rules affecting data centers, manufacturing, and other energy-intensive facilities across the U.S., and has exceeded 1,400 downloads.
