Dermody to start Copperwing buildings 3 and 4

Dermody has announced it will begin construction on Buildings 3 and 4 at LogistiCenter® at Copperwing in El Mirage, Arizona, with delivery estimated for Q3 2027.

• Buildings 3 and 4 will total 1,213,930 square feet combined, can be combined into a single 1,319,962 square foot building, and are located about 27 minutes from TSMC’s Phoenix-area campus within an approved Foreign Trade Zone.
• Each building will have 42-foot clear heights and 6,000 amps of power; Building 3 will include 124 dock doors and 274 trailer parking spaces, while Building 4 will include 86 dock doors and 207 trailer parking spaces. The announcement follows the full lease-up of Building 6 (284,421 square feet), which stabilized the first phase of the development.
