EMCOR reports record third quarter 2026 results

EMCOR Group has announced its third quarter 2026 financial results and updated full-year guidance.

• The company reported record quarterly revenues of $5.54 billion, operating income of $545.8 million, and diluted EPS of $9.04 for Q3 2026; non-GAAP operating income was $579.8 million and non-GAAP diluted EPS was $9.60.
• EMCOR said it closed the previously announced acquisitions of Schmidt Electric and Connelly Electric during the quarter and reported record RPOs of $18.57 billion; it also raised 2026 guidance to $20.6 billion–$21.0 billion revenues and $34.50–$35.50 non-GAAP diluted EPS.
