Four European operators adopt CISPE sovereignty certification

CISPE has announced that four European operators — ETIX, PHOCEA DC, Thésée Datacenter and Gigas — are participating in its Sovereign and Resilient Cloud Service Certification scheme.

• The operators have self-certified under the framework and may display the CISPE ‘Declared’ service badge for six months while they submit to independent audit.
• The framework is described as the first digital sovereignty framework based on binding, audited and enforceable criteria and is intended to support sensitive sectors such as public administration, healthcare, defence and strategic industry.
