Google, KAESO and NTCSA join AEW 2026 infrastructure dialogue

African Energy Week 2026 will feature Google, KAESO and NTCSA in discussions on digital infrastructure, operational technology and transmission expansion.

• AEW 2026 takes place in Cape Town from October 12-16 and will bring together technology and energy service providers, utilities and executives from Google, KAESO and NTCSA.
• Google says it has already exceeded its $1 billion Africa investment goal and will discuss cloud and connectivity solutions for grid challenges; KAESO is exploring a fully operational base in Lüderitz; NTCSA is executing a R440-billion plan to build 14,500 km of new transmission lines.
