Hitachi Energy and Blykalla sign nuclear technology MoU

Hitachi Energy and Blykalla announced a Memorandum of Understanding to explore a long-term collaboration on enabling deployment of next-generation lead-cooled advanced modular reactors.

• The MoU covers grid integration design, including transmission-level connection, on-site electrical systems, and digital monitoring for Blykalla’s reactor type.
• The collaboration targets customers with high constant power demand, starting with data centers and energy-intensive industry, and aims to accelerate commercialization across Europe and the United States.
