Honeywell Technologies has announced Forge Cognition, a self-contained agentic AI and simulation platform for facility operations developed with NVIDIA and Dell Technologies.
- Forge Cognition combines real-time digital twins with AI agents to help operators simulate scenarios, coordinate actions, and improve asset reliability, energy efficiency, and operational performance across buildings, campuses, and industrial operations.
- The platform uses NVIDIA technologies including Nemotron, Omniverse, Cosmos, Metropolis VSS Blueprint, RTX PRO GPUs, and DGX Spark; Dell Technologies supplies infrastructure through the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, including PowerEdge XE servers, AI Data Platform, and cyber resiliency solutions.
- Honeywell said it is piloting Forge Cognition at NVIDIA’s Voyager campus, the Fairmont Hotel in Dubai, NEX Mall in Singapore, Vanderbilt University in the US, and its own campuses in Bangalore and Richardson, Texas.
- The Voyager pilot reported up to 90% reduction in unnecessary alerts, up to 10% potential reduction in energy and utility consumption, and a comfort score above 95%.
