IPMA inaugurates Hub Azul Oeiras Mar ocean research hub

The Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera (IPMA) inaugurated the Hub Azul – Polo Oeiras Mar, a new ocean research, innovation and entrepreneurship infrastructure funded under the PRR as part of the Hub Azul Portugal project.
