Lincoln Acquires Chandler Data Center, Plans Turnkey Delivery

Lincoln Property Company has acquired a 191,000-square-foot, partially occupied data center at 2500 W. Frye Rd., Chandler, Arizona and will fit out vacant shell space to deliver turnkey data center capacity and cooling upgrades.
- Acquisition & development: Lincoln purchased the 191,000‑sq‑ft facility on 14.5 acres at 2500 W.
