NHN Cloud launches B200 GPU cloud at Seoul data center

NHN Cloud has announced that it completed infrastructure at its AI-only data center in Yangpyeong-dong, Yeongdeungpo district, Seoul, and has begun full-scale GPU-as-a-service supply to public-sector and industry-academia-research users.

• The buildout was carried out under a Ministry of Science and ICT and NIPA programme to strengthen AI computing resources, with NHN Cloud selected as the largest operator and responsible for more than 1 trillion won of the 1.46 trillion won total project budget.
• The site uses 7,656 Nvidia B200 GPUs, including about 4,000 GPUs configured into a single cluster, and has adopted liquid cooling that cuts energy use by 15% to 20% versus air cooling; 6,120 GPUs are reserved for national-led AI projects, and supply to industry-academia-research users began on April 1.
