nLighten acquires Émerainville Paris data center from oXya

nLighten has announced the acquisition of a data center in Émerainville, Paris from oXya on 2 February 2026.

• Acquisition details: The Émerainville facility becomes nLighten’s eighth site in France and adds to a portfolio of over 30 data centers in seven markets; it is located approximately one kilometer from nLighten’s PAR1 facility, will continue serving anchor customer oXya under a long-term master services agreement, will make additional capacity available to enterprise customers via channel partners, and is designed to support high-density and AI-ready configurations.
