Nscale files S-1 for proposed NYSE IPO

Nscale Limited has announced that it filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. SEC for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares.

• NYSE listing application: Nscale said it has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker NSCL; the number of shares and price range have not yet been determined.
• Underwriters and process:Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley will serve as lead bookrunners; the offering will proceed only by prospectus after the registration statement becomes effective.
