Oracle reports fiscal 2026 growth and major AI infrastructure spending

Oracle has announced its fiscal 2026 annual report, reporting strong revenue growth, major data-center and cloud-infrastructure investment, and significant financing activity.
- Total revenues rose to $67.357 billion in fiscal 2026 from $57.399 billion in fiscal 2025, while net income increased to $17.087 billion.
- Oracle said capital expenditures reached $55.663 billion in fiscal 2026, driven by data-center expansion, and disclosed $43.0 billion of senior notes issued, $5.0 billion from mandatory convertible preferred stock, and an at-the-market program for up to $20 billion of common stock.
- The company also disclosed it had about 181 data center locations globally and $260 billion of additional lease commitments mainly related to data centers, plus $13.2 billion of gross unrecognized tax benefits.
