Penguin Solutions enables Lektra distributed AI data centers

Penguin Solutions announced that it has been selected by Lektra to deploy and optimize Lektra’s AI micro data centers.

• Penguin Solutions will provide validated reference designs, AI-optimized compute, and expert-led services to support Lektra’s EdgeScale™ AI data centers.
• The collaboration targets distributed AI infrastructure powered by existing carbon-free energy; Lektra says it has eight sites already deployed and aims to expand from 20 MW or less micro data centers across strategically located sites.
• Penguin Solutions says it will supply NVIDIA-based hardware and deploy infrastructure to remote sites as part of its Full-Stack AI Factory Platform.
• Lektra describes its approach as a way to reduce deployment timelines from years to months and to support cloud providers, neoclouds, energy providers, and commercial solar operators.
