QumulusAI signs $240.9 million AI inference contracts

QumulusAI announced two new three-year take-or-pay agreements for NVIDIA Blackwell B300 capacity.

• The agreements have a combined contracted value of $240.9 million and cover more than 2,000 NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPUs across two dedicated clusters.
• The larger agreement is worth $211.9 million over three years, with two one-year extension options that could raise its total potential value to $353.1 million; the smaller agreement is worth $29.1 million over three years, with a two-year extension option that could raise its total potential value to $48.4 million.
• This is an announcement of new customer contracts; it also references earlier July 23 and July 28, 2026 agreements with the same customers, and says the customers’ combined commitments with QumulusAI now exceed $344 million.
• Capacity turnover is expected in December 2026 for the smaller agreement and in early 2027 for the larger agreement.
