Sabanci Renewables signs long-term Meta solar PPA

Sabanci Renewables has announced a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with Meta for output from two Texas solar projects.

• The agreement covers 100% of the environmental attributes from the 100 MWac / 130 MWdc Lucky 7 Solar project and the 120 MWac / 156 MWdc Pepper Solar project, for a combined 220 MWac / 286 MWdc in Texas.
• Both projects are expected to be completed in the second half of 2027; the release says they will support more than 600 jobs during construction and generate more than $30 million in total property tax revenues over their life, while adding renewable capacity to the ERCOT market.
