Salute appoints new leaders to strengthen global operations

Salute has announced two leadership appointments to strengthen its global operating model and execution across regions.

• Andrew Sparks has been appointed Deputy Managing Director of Global Operations after serving as Chief of Staff; he will work with Mike Jones, President, Global Operations, on operational performance, cross-regional coordination, and global operating model development.
• D’Anthony Palms has joined as Chief of Staff to the Office of the CEO, with responsibilities spanning Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Technology; the company says the appointments support growth driven by AI-ready infrastructure across the Americas and EMEA and an integrated lifecycle model of more than 40 services.
