Gorilla acquires site for 200MW AI data center campus

Gorilla Technology Group has acquired land in Korat, Thailand to develop a planned 200MW AI data center campus.

• Project details: Gorilla secured approximately 100 rai (c. 40 acres) in Korat (Nakhon Ratchasima), Thailand to build a 200MW AI data center campus composed of six high-density AI data halls (five halls of ~30MW each and one hall of ~50MW). Construction start targeted July 2026, subject to engineering, permitting and mobilisation; first phase targeted for completion Q1 2027 and the company is targeting US$1.5B of annualised revenue starting 2028, subject to customer contracting and full commercial utilisation.
• Technical & funding details: Campus planning targets ~150MW net IT load, target PUE ~1.3, and an illustrative all-GB-300 configuration supporting ~76,000 GPUs at full deployment; Gorilla’s funding strategy includes project-level debt, infrastructure debt, asset-backed financing, potential bond structures and non-dilutive capital, with a focus on long-duration institutional capital (pension funds, endowments, superannuation funds, infrastructure investors).
