ESDS earmarks ₹4,807M of its ₹6,000M IPO for data-center equipment across four cities
ESDS Software Solution filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus dated March 30, 2025 for an initial public offering of up to ₹6,000.00 million. The DRHP earmarks ₹4,807.29 million of net proceeds for cloud computing and other equipment across four named data centres. The line items name servers, storage, networking, and power gear — not new MW blocks or GPU counts. As of the filing, ESDS had procured vendor quotations but had not placed firm orders.
