On September 5, 2026, Tata Consultancy Services filed a Regulation 30 exchange disclosure enclosing a HyperVault press release for a Hyderabad AI data centre campus. The filing states HyperVault has secured 264 acres for a campus planned at up to 1 GW. HyperVault and its partners are expected to invest up to Rs 70,000 crore. The developer is HyperVault AI Data Center Limited, a TCS-controlled vehicle in which TPG holds a strategic stake.
