Tata Consultancy Services told the exchanges on September 5, 2026 that its subsidiary HyperVault has secured 264 acres in Hyderabad for an AI data-centre campus of up to 1 GW. HyperVault and its partners expect to invest up to ₹70,000 crore. TPG is named as strategic partner, and the build-out is described as phased, tied to customer demand.
