Orient Cables (India) Limited filed a draft red herring prospectus dated July 10, 2025 for an offer of up to ₹7,000.00 million. The offer splits into a fresh issue of up to ₹3,200.00 million and an offer for sale of up to ₹3,800.00 million. Orient describes itself as a manufacturer of networking cables and passive networking equipment serving industries that include data centres. Networking cables and solutions drove 87.89% of its revenue in the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
