Liquid Intelligent Technologies appoints Bernard Beya CEO in DRC

Liquid Intelligent Technologies has announced the appointment of Bernard Beya as Chief Executive Officer of its Democratic Republic of the Congo operations, effective 1 April 2026.

• Bernard Beya was appointed CEO of Liquid DRC; he had joined Liquid in September 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and became Acting CEO in November 2025.
• The company said the appointment supports its plan to expand digital infrastructure and strengthen access to connectivity, cloud, cyber security, colocation and compute AI in the DRC.
