Salute account director discusses Marine leadership lessons

Salute has published an interview with Fabrice Vaisset, a Marine veteran and current Account Director on the Data4 account, about his background, leadership lessons, and career path.

• Vaisset says he is now an Account Director on the Data4 account and previously served 8 years in the Marines in France, based in Lorient.
• He describes a North Africa exercise where he was placed in the lead role after a debrief; he says the exercise was restarted with a 5-minute briefing and completed successfully with no fatality or casualties. He also credits Mike Jones for support and coaching when the EMEA platform did not yet exist.
