Cushman & Wakefield reports APAC data center pipeline growth

Cushman & Wakefield has published its APAC Data Center Update for H1 2026, summarizing regional market conditions and capacity trends.

• The report says the Asia Pacific data center pipeline expanded by 7,103MW to 26,455MW in H1 2026, including 4,764MW under construction and 21,691MW in planning.
• It also states that about 1,372MW of new operational capacity was delivered and vacancy fell from 10.9% in H2 2025 to 10.3%; the update covers nine primary and six secondary APAC city markets and includes the Asia Pacific Data Center Market Maturity Index.
